Shipping Policy

We deliver all across Pakistan, ensuring your products reach you in perfect condition.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

  • Shipping Charges: A flat shipping fee applies to all orders. Enjoy Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 2,000.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare products, we maintain a strict hygiene policy. However, we are happy to help if there is an issue with your order.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original minimalist packaging with all seals intact.
